I'm Sydney Donath, an illustrator and student based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am pursuing a BFA in Illustration with a certificate in Natural Science Illustration from Kendall College of Art and Design. My work celebrates the intricate details of plants, animals, and insects. Most often working in a realistic style with traditional mediums, I aim to capture the delicate forms and textures found in nature. Each piece studies the beauty of natural life, rendered with precision and deep respect for the subject. Through my art, I hope to inspire others to look more closely at the environment around them and to appreciate the often-overlooked wonders of the natural world.
